Why The Consultory Hub exists

Most business owners we meet are good at what they do, and quietly stressed about their numbers. The books are behind, the systems feel clunky and disconnected, and there is a constant low hum of “I’m not sure these figures are right”. It is hard to make a confident decision on a foundation you do not trust.

We exist to fix that. We give business owners clarity, confidence and control over their numbers, so they can get back to the work they actually love, and grow the business they set out to build. We create the financial foundations that let our clients improve their cashflow, make better decisions, and reach their goals.

More than a bookkeeper

The job title says bookkeeper. Honestly, that is a bit outdated for what good financial support looks like now. Plenty of bookkeepers will reconcile your accounts and stop there. We go further: we refine your processes, bring in automation and integrations, and build reporting that actually helps you steer the business.

Our founder, Claudia Bellardino, came to bookkeeping from a background in operations and strategy, where she managed teams of more than 40 people and ran a finance function. That perspective shapes how the whole team works. We understand what business owners need from their systems, often before they do, because we have sat in the operator’s seat ourselves.

Kristen brings over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts management and financial reporting.
